Crime Watch Meetings will resume in April 2010.

RTV HOA Goals

The Raintree Village Homeowners Association is dedicated to preserving  and increasing the value of the homes in our subdivision through capital improvements and active deed restriction enforcement.  We welcome any suggestions or comments that can be used for the improvement of our neighborhood.   The HOA currently supports the following committees and services within Raintree Village: our community newsletter- The Raintree Village Beat,  Published every quarter, the landscaping, deed restriction, and the crime watch committee.  We also have just recently completed several major capital improvements within the neighborhood and are looking at more.

The Association Board of Directors meet on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7PM and the Annual Homeowners meeting is the first week of April each year.  For directions or questions please contact the management company.
