The Board of Directors of the HOA consists of 5 volunteers who are elected to a 3 year term.
There is at least one position up for election each year at the annual meeting.

After being elected the Board members meet monthly on the 4th Tuesday of every month, to
handle the business of the association. This includes payment of bills, committee reports,
assessment collection status, discussions with residents, as well as visits with vendors and
contractors.

There are 5 different offices that a board member can serve as they are
